Where: Al Foster Trailhead (Click here for info/maps/etc.)
What: Bike the AF and potentially the two single track trails IF THEY ARE DRY. Then a 5 mile run on the flats of the AF, finished with a 5 mile flat ride to spin out the legs. Come for all or some. Ride starts at 8am; run will be dependent upon trail conditions, but likely 9:15a. Breathe.

This is a self supported ride unless you are bringing your mom, so plan and pack well. I generally have extra waters but for food and tubes you are on your own.
This is a fun but challenging thing, so all levels are welcome…especially the “hangover challenged”.
